Our mission
Operation BeliTiketSelamat (BTS) is a national consumer-protection campaign to prevent ticket scams during high-demand events — concerts, sports, and theatre. We educate ticket buyers before purchase, capture victim reports during or after an incident, validate those reports through secretariat triage, and recycle the verified intelligence into public alerts and agency intelligence packs.
If a feature on this platform doesn't help prevent, capture, or recycle scam intelligence, it doesn't belong here.
Partnership with KKOM and KPDN
ALIFE leads BTS in partnership with the Ministry of Communications (KKOM) and the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN). The National Scam Response Centre (NSRC) and Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) receive pattern-based intelligence on a weekly cadence and case-level escalations for high-severity incidents.
KSH (Khairy Suib & Hasnan) advises ALIFE on the legal and PDPA posture of this platform.
Governance
The ALIFE secretariat triages every report. No AI-generated content reaches a public, agency, or reporter-facing surface without an explicit secretariat approval — every approval is logged with the reviewer, timestamp, and final wording. Intelligence shared with agencies is anonymised by default; identifying data is unlocked only on a case-by-case escalation with an audit trail.
We surface modus operandi — patterns scammers use — never seller blacklists. We never promise money recovery, police action, or agency response timelines. We promise only what ALIFE controls.
PDPA
This section is a placeholder pending KSH legal sign-off (CLAUDE.md §14 #13). The final wording will land before public launch.
BTS collects victim PII (name, email, phone, evidence files) to triage reports. All PII is encrypted at rest. Raw evidence files and identifying fields are retained for 24 months from submission, then auto-anonymised; anonymised report data is retained indefinitely for trend analysis. Reporters may request a copy of their data or its deletion at any time via the ALIFE secretariat. Anonymised aggregates shared with partner ministries never include identifying data.
